If you are reading this right now, then I’m sorry to say that we probably didn’t see each other at the California Association of Realtors® Expo and Convention in Long Beach from September 27-29, 2016, where on both the 28th and again on the 29th, I was/am a speaker.
The topic that I was asked to speak on is “How to Turn Leads into Closings.” I’ve met a lot of agents in my day, and many of them tell me that there life would be better “if they only had more leads.” However, truth be told, it doesn’t matter how many leads you have. If you cannot convert them into qualified buyers and sellers, than it doesn’t matter whether you have one or one hundred.
In the presentation, I spend some time going over not only the science of converting leads but also a whole slew of products that will make you more productive and efficient in your lead conversion.
